@Weezilou - thank you, more to come for a couple of weeks, I'm starting to run out of ideas already! My hubby collected for much of our married life and fortunately he stopped a few years back as there's nowhere to put them. I'm not sure our youngsters will want them so we've already sold (with their agreement) a 12-piece Herend dinner set as Thomas wouldn't let me use it any more in case we broke anything!
@rensala Oh could we commiserate!!! My girls don't want much either, so I use it ALL! If it has gold trim, I put it in the dishwasher anyway! I'm going to treat Ken and myself well because no one else seems to care! It's about enjoying it, and, dare I ask, WHO amongst us is going to set a table for 12 anymore?! (I have some of the most ridiculously huge pieces handed down from past generations that even *I* can't use! So sad!) (Save the bunny collection for those babies!)
