.. a friend's lense.
I need a lense for my trip to New Zealand but I'm not sure which one to take. Do you have any experiences with some 18-200mm lenses? Because I'm not very happy with the one I tried (Tamron 18-200mm) but I don't want to carry all of my 3 lenses with me ..
hi - I almost exclusively use my 18-200 for the reason you said, way more convenient than carrying multiple lens. Mine is a Nikon so that doesn't do you much good. Lucky you going to New Zealand, it very beautiful so take lots of memory cards :)
I use the 18-200mm tamron lens with my Canon 70D, and the results are usually ok. Not as sharp as a prime lens, but they are better than the kit lenses.
Pretty shot of this heather I like the framing around it. I'm afraid I'm no expert on lenses but you could start a discussion thread as there are many knowledgeable people out there who are willing to share their knowledge. Have a wonderful time in New Zealand.
