Still can't quite believe a group of relative strangers all met up and wandered around London, taking photos and chatting and laughing.
It was great to see the faces behind the photos.
This is the exit from Bank station and you can see Azza and Isla behind the blurry Andy C.
5 things I learnt from the 365 meet-up
1. 365ers are even better in the flesh!
2. London can be pretty chilly this time of year
3. Andy C is a very tall guy
4. Canon seems a popular brand for 365ers
5. I really need a proper bag if I don't want to break my lens...
Thanks everyone, especially Steve for organising and Ross for, well the whole thing I suppose.
Nice one! Very your style - although why am I always grinning gurnishly in all pics I've seen so far ... - yes lots of Canons - that was funny and the first thing I thought when I saw Andy was - how tall! You get a kind of accurate, but also inaccurate, picture of people from 365 thumbnails - glad your camera seems OK ...
great shot Richard, I did think of you all as it was pretty chilly yesterday round here! So annoyed I didn't see the thread in time...must keep my eyes peeled for the next one (don't care where it is) give me a nudge if you spot it before I do!! LOL
Nice shot Richard and thanks for collating the other's shots. I understand you eventually went back to the bench lol. It was good to meet you and hopefully we can meet again in the warmer weather.
How fun that must have been! and I love the shot as well. The curves, the blur, the refection in the ceiling and the black and white all work really well.
I love this shot. It looks like it was a great experience. Meeting will make it just that more personal here. Thanks for the links. Now we can make those face connections too.
And I love this shot, it's very dynamic.
ha ha... 6' 3" / 6' 4".. am I relly THAT tall :-).. although it's all good when you need a bench shot lol...
Glad you had such a great meeting of fellow shutter-bugs!
Wonderful photo. I am so envious of the day you all had!
And great idea/meet
