Another busy day and another swan photo! Not too happy with this one as the background is a bit messy but it's another day down the line! Had to get pretty close to get this and was a little bit worried they might take offence!

The "messy" background doesn't detract at all Richard. It helps set the scene of where you are. What regal looking birds.

This would just be a picture of some swans without the background! Don't be ashamed of it. I like this picture a lot!

I was once attacked by a swan when in a rowing boat, so I would never get up this close! This shot reminds me of Adrian Mole & the Weapons of Mass Destruction :)

We have a swan called Mr Asbo in Cambridge - infamous for attacking rowers - bit harsh as he's only protecting his young but I wouldn't like to take him on!
