Year 2 Day 279
Every year I promise myself I'll take the stress out of Christmas shopping by getting everything online in November. Every year I find myself scrabbling about the last couple of days before Xmas frantically chasing presents and laden down with bags. But the upside to all that is being around in the rain, in the dark and getting the chance to place my camera on the pavement to get a reflection of the lights in the wet stones. I had another version of this where the lights were in focus instead of the reflection, but after debating for a while went with this. You may recognise the girl in the green coat. Mia was really helpful in the shops all day
hahaha.. same technique I used tonight.. this is much better tho than my pic. Managed to finish off all mine last night followed by all the food shopping so no last minute panic this year, and should be a nice relaxing day tomorrow..

Awww love it - brilliant reflections and focus - and of course Mia was helpful - she's a girl! And at least you didn't go for last minute INTERNET shopping like my son did - and is now wondering why nothing has arrived!
Hahaha!!! When we put up lights it's always in the rain and cold. Even when the weather is nice we wait until it raining and freezing. I guess it's tradition. Merry Christmas!
