Year 2 Day 308
Had a great day in town today. Started off in Create, a social enterprise restaurant, at a Yorkshire themed Beer and Rhubarb tasting with talk and samples from Ilkey Brewery (a local microbrewery) and then more talk and tastings from a local food writer about rhubarb. The rhubarb dishes were amazing, especially the mackerel and rhubarb. These are the lights in the restaurant, the mananger spotted me lying on the floor trying to get this and asked me to send her some shots of this and the food!
Then we went to my favourite new cafe (will get a shot and review together soon) and a wander through town, which today felt really fun & lively.
