Shrine for Ianto Jones

Ok, so I stumbled across this shrine in Cardiff Bay (Mermaid Quay, to be precise) and called Becky (aka Mrs Rich) over. It was only on close inspection I discovered it was for a fictional TV character who'd been killed off and the fans hadn't taken it too well (Torchwood, BBC). We immediately retired to the lovely pub in the background which sells Brains bitter.
