Busted? by rich57

Busted?

Spent some time in London's Chinatown today and loved all the vibrant colour and activity going on. Decided to try out my big lens
(75-300mm) as I've dropped the normal one (18-55) one time too many recently, and really got into it. Her red coat caught my eye for this shot and just as I was getting my focus I saw her staring down the barrel at me, or so it seemed anyway. A split second later she'd walked right past me without batting an eyelid. Wondering whether she actually noticed me taking her picture or if it's just a momentary alignment of glances. Either way I was pretty happy with a fairly strong candid portrait.

Very nice and the red coat sets it.

cute coat, I love it. Great capture. So how do you like the 75-300mm? I have the 18-55 but want something past that.

@artstartraveler loved it today but generally haven't used it too much, will definitely be taking it out again. It has a great dof at 300mm

I can see you becoming the new street fashion photog. You can give Scott Shuman a run for his money.

I think she has clocked something behind, I think youd know in her eyes if she was looking right down the barrel ...the alignment is slightly out.
