Rowland Engineering Co Has Moved

Saw this lovely weathered old door en route to the 365 meet up on Saturday. The guy wasn't there at first, as he approached I thought great as I always like a person walking past with these kind of shots, but then he started to open the door and it was only afterwards I noticed his bag matched the door!
The sign says please take all correspondence to Roger's Sandwich Shop round the corner. I wonder if he's Mr Rowland, or Roger (or even Roger Rowland?)
