Apostrophe

"With the accent on taste" That confused me, as I was thinking where does the apostrophe go, not the accent! He looks a thirsty chap, probably due to having to wear a suit in this hot, stuffy weather.

It looks more like a grave than an apostrophe although even as a grave its used wrong....maybe its just an eyebrow ;)
