Norwegian Wood by rich57

Norwegian Wood

This beautiful church is now a cafe/art centre celebrating Norwegian culture. It's in Cardiff Bay and was where Roald Dahl was christened when it still functioned as a church. It used to be a vital meeting place for Scandinavian sea-farers many years ago. It's been beautifully restored by Norwegian carpenters. Oh and the coffee's great 9/10, cupcakes delicious 8/10, decor 10/10 and staff 9/10.

It looks delightful and would be a gorgeous place to spend a morning. I like that you have people in the picture ... somehow brings the inanimate 'alive'.

Beautiful architecture. I really appreciate the fine craftsman work that we just don't see anymore. It's good this was preserved.
