This guy was sat on a bench watching the world go by with a faraway look in his eyes. Obviously I thought of Robin Warner and all her amazing shots when I saw him. I also thought about what a hard life he's probably had.
@robinwarner stealth, would have liked to talk but that's so out of my comfort zone just now. It's funny but you should know that you come up in most 365 conversations I have!!! You have a fan club over here!
omg really...that is so nice...i actually feel like i am a one trick pony and it just gets boring for everyone...i try something different, but it just does not work and i end up going back to the same old street shots.... hope people are not bored...but is is kinda where i am comfortable and what i am drawn to. your support and encouragement means so much..thanks
that is odd..i faved this shot..but it does not show it...sorry..must have been during the time that the website was slow mo and it did not capture it...will redo it now
@robinwarner Ha, well I love those flower shots you do too. I feel like I always fall back on my shop+passerby=shot style. But we got talking yesterday and came to the conclusion that a lot of the time the comments we get help shape our projects and that sometimes if we swerve too far from our "accepted style" it's not the done thing. Mind you, we did get through quite a few beers! For sure though, your work is an inspiration to me and many of the people I've "met" on 365!
thanks richard...i am going homeless tomorrow :) found a good one to post. i feel the exact way about you...hence my channeling richard tyson shot...hope to meet you one day....
