These pine cones have lived on the kitchen window sill form the Christmas before last. They are covered in a strange coating which still has a smell of cinnamon about them. The background is the kitchen wall and back lit with a torch. Cropped only to remove the tops of some tiles.
mmmm I can smell the cinnamon from here. They look like minature trees. What a good idea for Christmas though...may make some with the children for next Christmas
