Didn't really get a chance to get out today, but did manage to get this one this morning after a walk. Had to run to the house and grab the camera and go back to a neighbors house. It just wouldn't turn around, so this is all that I could get.
Good going! My score today was hawks 6 (well really 8, but 2 were repeats) me 0 - every single one flew as soon as I was close to long distance zoom range! Not a good day. Like the detail on those feathers.
It looks as though he's really enjoying the warmth of the sun on his back which would explain why he wasn't interested in turning around. That and he might be camera shy? Ha.
