Had a pretty severe thunderstorm blow through this afternoon, and even knocked down this huge tree that had been besides the pier. We had all been wondering when it was going down. Fortunately, it didn't seem to have damaged the pier, so that was good. Good that things had cleared up and presented a pretty nice sunset.
Love the orange layer just above the water - the silhouetted pier makes it show even more. These thunderstorms have been continuous all across the south I guess. We're forecast for a bad one tomorrow night.
