Well, some of them have finally got their natural color back. Not sure what this one was so puffed up about, but she seemed to have the chest feathers really out there. There was a Mr Cardinal on the feeder, so she might have been trying to attract Him. :-)
she certainly picked a nice spot to pose for you. I, too, am glad they've gotten past their molting stage. We're seeing quite a few cardinals this week.
