Had been watching this one across the pond and thought it was going to come around the pond, much closer to where I was. But it flew up into the tree. So had to ease on around the pond and get up a little closer to the tree and then find a somewhat clear spot to get the shot. I finally managed to get a somewhat clear spot and it sat there and I got my shots. Yay!!!
