Went out late this afternoon to look for the owls. Found the Barred Owls, but never could get a decent shot of them. But as I was walking back to the car, noticed something on the ground out in front of me. Thought it was a dog at first, but then I looked through the camera and saw that it was the baby owl. Wow, was I excited. So started getting shots and then trying to gradually move on up closer. Got up to about 25 to 30 yards and got a bunch of shots and it finally flew up into a tree that was somewhat close by and easily accessible..
