Was pretty cool here today, but didn't stop this gentleman, in his rubber kayak. Not sure exactly what the umbrella was for, but he put it up, shortly after he got going. Not sure if it was for the glare or as a means to help pull him along with the help of the wind.
This is interesting - never seen anyone do that before - hmm. Would think it would interfere in seeing what's ahead of you - like the light hitting the water and the way you caught the drip from the paddle.
