Well, guess if there ever was a fish on the line, it got away, but the fisherman didn't get the tackle back.

I often wonder how those bobblers get up so high - thought they just kind of were gently cast into the water. Like the pop of red.

Thanks Milanie. I've been passing this one for several days, but finally had to get a shot of it, just for the red in it.
