Yellow-Crowned Night-Heron!

Such cool looking birds with that mask and that little tuft of feathers hanging off of the back of the head.

I guess that small tuft of feathers hanging off the back of his head is to help him attract a mate. I can't see what other use they would be!! A great photo of this heron.
