Thought with all of the clouds, there would have been a lot more color, but it just never happened. Think there was a large bank of clouds on the horizon, that kept the light from really coming through.
I don't seem to be able to guess when there's going to be color at night - the clouds will look great in the afternoon, the slowly disappear and go blah. This shot at least kept some color and interesting swirls in the sky. Nicely composed with the pier silhouette.
