Unknown Bird!

Have no idea what kind of bird this one is. Have never seen one around here at all. The lower leggings are really different than anything that is normally around. So if anyone recognizes what it is, it would be greatly appreciated for the ID.

Well, this photo got me wondering...never seen that before. Googled “bird with feathered feet” and came up with some pigeons that look like this.

It does look like some kind of pigeon/dove but I have never seen one like this before

@amyk @milaniet @ulla @ludwigsdiana @gilbertwood @rosiekind Thanks Amy, Milane, Ulrika, Diana, Denise and Rosie. After ya'll mentioned pigeon, I did do some further looking and think it turns out that it is an adult White Variation of the Rock Pigeon. First that I've ever seen around here for sure.
