It's been a rubbish day but at least there was pancakes. Rather quick shot for Pancake day or Shrove Tuesday as it used to be known before commercialisation took over ;)

A good way to end the day - with comfort food. We are awaiting a tornado at worse or severe thunderstorm at best and have decided an omelet is the right comfort food choice.

Childhood memories...English pancakes are so different from American pancakes. I am not saying one is better than the other, just that they have very different memories embedded in them.
