Moon and Jupiter

Won't be my greatest shot of the year but I like to record these things. This is the moon and the planet Jupiter aligned as the moon rises with a light cloud covering. Shot with my 35mm prime so a bit of a distant shot.

I really, really like this shot. The clouds are cupping Jupiter in their "arms" and framing the moon so well. I am really impressed that this is a 35mm shot..

Nice shot. When I try to do this, I focus more on the moon and do not get Jupiter (or Venus) in my photos.
