Spent the other night trying to catch the last few meteors from the Geminides meteor shower as it was cloudy on the actual night. Was rather unsuccessful but I did get this rather unusual shot that nicely shows the brightest star in the sky.
Brilliant capture of Sirius my favourite star and Orion my favourite constellation. I was lucky enough to see some of the meteor shower when I let the cat out the night before which was the 12th. It was a very clear night and a great display.
