I pass this tree every day but as it's viewed from halfway up Rockingham Hill near Corby it's not an easy place to stop. Having had to go to work on Saturday I thought on would use the opportunity to park in the village and climb back up the hill to take a shot. It's quite a climb back up the hill so I was glad of the memorial bench nicely situated by this view point. Where I imagine many a walker has taken in the view whilst having a rest.
