I always notice this statue in Stamford. It's apparently represents justice and is on a former hotel building.

We've got some statues like this away up high on the roof. Difficult to get the whole building as well as the statue in the one shot!

I recognise this building I think it was the Stamford Hotel in the 60's we used to go to discos there.
