I really like blue tones and lighting on this...there is a magical kind of movement to the picture... I like how the 9 shimmers while the direct light is between the 11 and 12...on the verge of something about to happen...!

I tried a number of different colored lights for this shot, but the blue of the black light suited it best. Glad you liked it!
