The Dragons Tale

My neighbor liked dragons. Also had his own business and was a workaholic. Nearing retirement, I asked him one day what he looked forward to doing once he had the time. Said he wanted to take his wife out to breakfast. He died on the job last year. Carpe Diem.
So sad. What a cool weather vane. Good reminder. too.

Oh my .... that is a sad story. But it happens quite frequently. Alot of people can't afford to retire these days. I wonder if they ever got that time to go out for breakfast together.

A bitter sweet story, for sure. A wonderfully loving and heartfelt plan; but as far as I know;
Well, I don't know. I guess we can imagine our own end to the story and just be sure that we do justice to our own loved ones in our own stories.

How sad! As Karen said, it happens pretty frequently. As you say....carpe diem! Don't let life pass you by....spend your kids inheritance and live your own life!

"Amen" to that!

I like the dragon vane. So sad about the neighbor. A person has to take time to smell the roses and spend time with loved ones. Life is short.
