Poor baby. You can hardly see her eyes for all the sand. Found this snapper this morning, in the same area as the other 2 from a few days ago. No sign of further "robbery", so maybe this will prove to have been a good spot for her. Sure hope so.

Thanks, Lynn. She was the smallest of the females I've seen laying eggs; maybe a 12" shell. I wonder how old/big they get before they start breeding.
