I once read an argument for New England's Stone Walls being the eight wonder of the world: built over a relatively short time span, no slave labor (Yankee Farmers and their families) and combined size dwarfing the great pyramids, etc.
Very interesting. My dad is a New Englander...he grew up in NH. I've got to get out there sometime to see these cool walls and take in the amazing fall that I've heard about.
Easy question. As my mother used to say,
"Since Hector was a pup!" '-)
Thanks, Rob
Karen and Larry,
Thanks for taking the time view and comment. Glad it wasn't me loading up those old stone boats!
Indeed you should. The walls are everywhere, and if you time it right the foliage is gorgeous!
