I've walked this path at Circle B Bar many times. Hundreds if 'gators in the lake to the left and dozens to be seen in the marshes to the right. Never had one cross my path until yesterday going from one side to the other. Wish I'd been able to get an earlier shot but I was more than a bit startled and the increased heart rate will linger in my memory.
