LHG_1143The Beaver getting off drain

This guy and his partner have downed several trees and causing too much damage. The beaver came out this morning around 930 and showed himself in plain sight. He go up on the pond drain grate where he tries to stop the water from flowing a constant battle with my hubs.

Great shot of this rodent. They may look somewhat cute, but sounds like they are, or can be a royal pain.

Lovely capture.
It's a shame they are accused of causing damage when they try to re-wild areas to how they used to be. I think humans do more damage when they urbanize areas.
Just a thought.

Nice shot of a beaver going about his daily activities. I guess it's all about point of view. If beavers could talk, I'll bet they'd say "wow, look at all the damage humans do!" And they'd be right.
