I do love a good cup of tea. I've never been to Japan, but I think I'd enjoy their tea ceremony (apart from the fact I couldn't sit crossed legged on the floor these days!). The preparation, the time given, and the enjoyment of the time taken to drink the tea. Sometimes with friends, sometimes alone. I do enjoy a good cup of tea!
