Opposite Ends

My bird feeder, today. Shooting moving birds is not something I am skilled at... not at all. I guess that is why it is a good idea to make an attempt. You may note... they are sitting down. :)

Thanks for any visits that you have time to spare.
Beautiful!

A lovely symmetry to the shot, very nice.

Nice capture! I have a hard time with bird shots too! They always fly away once I get them in focus!

@yeshanghai does the birds flying on and off the feeder so well. ( I saw that you follow her so I am sure you have seen them). But I have tried and not with as great success but it is just something you have to practice at I am sure. Meanwhile nothing wrong with a duo sitting on the feeder. The other problem I find is the rapid movement of the beaks cracking the seeds. This has ruined many a shot.

There's an element of symmetry in this image. I think male sparrows are quite handsome with their sharp markings. Good catch.

Even sitting birds move a lot so you did well to capture them like this. Great shot!

Birds are tough, but you did a great job here. Fun title too!

It's like they are talking to one another through the feeder. Nice capture.

I agree -- birds are tough...good to have captured two of them at once.

They are beautifully clear - I am terrible at bird photography.
