St. Francis Xavier College Church, St. Louis University.
I have photographed this space before, but it was very fun to show it to @taffy, during her short visit to St. Louis recently. Between the Cathedral Basilica and this College Church, we had a short architectural and lines festival together... delightful. :)
Thanks, as always, for taking the time to stop by. Thanks, too, for kind comments about yesterday's nighttime shot of the Gateway Arch. It was a fun and chilly expedition.

This is so gorgeous, Rosie! I never visited there! I think, when in college, we (I, anyway) failed to see the bigger picture around town... & I didn't always have a car! Must return as a tourist someday!
Oh, I know that place!! I just posted the one I took using your tripod -- many many thanks for that! It was a joy to meet you and a great photo experience.
I'll bet you two had an absolute ball. Having just looked at a colour shot by @taffy it's particularly interesting to see the different emphases between colour and b&w. This shot takes the eye immediately to the font at the rear of the church and then around that area and up to the soaring arch of that wonderful ceiling. Love this shot. Fav.
I got directed to this image by Taffy when I commented on her version saying I thought it would look better in mono. Although using different lenses you must have taken your shots form the same place. Yes I do prefer the mono version. I like what I have seen of your work and am now following you.
