My daughter has a plant, out on the back porch... a succulent, called "Mother of Thousands," because each leaf has all of these tiny buds on the edges. Apparently, it is native to Madagascar. She claims that I can't kill it - time will tell. ;).
Thanks, as always, for bothering to stop by and visit. I appreciate each one.

This really should be seen on black. It's fantastic! An instant fav for the pattern, interesting shapes, and the plant background -- never heard of these before.
Lovely capture. These plants are almost indestructable. They have been declared as an invasive alien species in South Africa and you are not allowed to grow them here anymore. You have to remove all plants from your garden and destroy them. Cannot put them on the compost heap. I am still finding little plants popping up and I removed the mother plant nearly two years ago!
