I saw this statute, outside a local restaurant (down on the Loop, Delmar Blvd., for anyone familiar with St. Louis). He tickled my fancy. It was only after I got it off-camera, when I saw that the Blueberry Hill sign was cycling through its "Welcome to the Loop." Accidental timing - better than none at all.
