You have to find your own .png chocolate images, by the way. Also, you have to find your own .png smoke images. Here, I used a brush that I already have, for the same effect.

Fabulous edit. I came across this tutorial a few weeks back but I haven't had much free time to explore it. Over the years I have tried to create my own photos to use when doing some of tutorials but it's not always possible.
