Not much to choose from as the weather has been rubbish so I thought the logs could remind us that they are lovely when they burn on the fire but I like the markings on the bark. Trees are fascinating in any form really whether it be the trunk, branches, shape of the tree or the leaves. We are so lucky to have such an abundance of trees where we live because in so many places people have destroyed what has taken years to grow.
Bark, rings, logs, or trees in general; I really agree. We have, over the last 20 years planted many, probably over a hundred although I haven't counted. Trees are a sign of life, attract birds, & just feel right......Oh yes & I like the picture too:-)
