Great Tits in the tree

I'm going to have to invest in a telephoto lense because I love photographing birds but find it difficult to get close enough to them. I tried out the high burst setting on my camera today and thought this was probably the best one of these little birds that keep flitting around. It could have been much better with a different lense so I'm going to take the plunge and get one

Don't go cheap when you get our tele lens. My husband bought me a Tamron and I just don't like it.

The higher Gt-tit is a male, but I am unsure of the lower one. They are singing round here now, "teacher -teacher -teacher"; a real sign of spring!
Oh yes, & new lens, I will look forward to more birds:-)
