I've got a bad back at the moment - it was OK until I got up out of bed yesterday and I've had surgery for a prolapsed disc before so I'm a bit fed up having to endure pain again. Anyway, I noticed these crocuses that had popped up through the grass near my vegetable patch and wonder whether the squirrels dug them up and from the border and planted these in the grass. The other crocuses we have are all yellow so it was a nice change to see a different colour. It was difficult though getting down to take this so I won't try that again for a while
