I think the chicks have hatched which is why Mr & Mrs Blackbird have been so busy getting worms today. We had quite a sharp frost so the ground was hard first thing but they have been very busy ever since it warmed up a bit. I must buy them some more dried fruit from the supermarket today as they love that as well as having worms to eat although that might not go down so well with the chicks!
