Of all the pics I took today, I liked this one of the blackbird the best - I think it's just because there is a green shoot appearing on the branches now. It seems that a female blackbird is now building a nest in the ivy under our landing window. She has been back and forth with beakfuls of nest material so hopefully there will be another brood of babies along soon
