New blossom for a new year

I was so surprised to see blossom on a tree as I walked towards Danish Camp but I remember taking a pic of some flowering cherry trees last year and I think that was January. I will have to have a look through because I know that I posted it on here. I just thought that this makes me think of spring and the nights are definitely getting shorter as it is now still light beyond 4pm.
