Dunnock

I didn't really know what this bird was but my friend Ernie said he thought it was a dunnock. I must admit the beak is the same and the shape looks like a dunnock or a robin. This little fellow just looks very pale but sometimes birds (like humans) don't always look quite the colour that they should do.

Cute picture. I think we had a dunnock nesting on our allotment the first year we took it over. It was fascinating to watch as the eggs hatched and the birds grew.
