I stalked (forgive the pun) this heron at Priory this afternoon and got loads of pictures of him. First of all I took pics of him in the drain from the main river and when I got really close, I suddenly jumped as a dog appeared by my side and his owner apologised for ruining my photography! The dog was a sweet little mutt so I didn't feel too cross. You will see that I managed to capture him flying away in my Bits & Bobs album
