On the way to do the weekly shop, as usual I stopped off at Priory Country Park on the way and I wasn't disappointed. When I walked round the Finger Lakes, I saw Mr Fox sitting across the lake watching the waterfowl. I've cropped this so you can't see what he was actually looking at because it looks as though he's looking at me but there was a little moorhen to the right of this picture but I didn't realise that when I took the pic. I just thought the mallard on the left looked rather nice on the lake so left him in. There was also a nice reflection of Foxy in the lake as well. I was very pleased to see him although I don't suppose the ducks, etc. were. It is the first time I've managed to get a pic of a fox so I was really excited. Sad, aren't I? It doesn't take much to get me excited these days!
Brilliant Rosie - I would be excited too, just love foxes! Your country park is such a wildlife treasure trove! Love the way the duck is sitting watching him from a safe distance out on the pond! : ))
