Thanks for all your kind comments and Favs - it is always much appreciated and I will try to catch up later. I've been busy making tomato chutney and I'm going to try out a new recipe for dinner tonight so I need to keep my head down in the recipe book. When I've been away, I seem to come back home full of enthusiasm for healthy eating and cooking so holidays are not all bad for you!
